Silver Cell is a web / digital design company established in March 2006. We offer a dynamic, efficient and friendly service to our clients, a service we will always strive to uphold and improve.
Our specialised design services have been developed specifically for individuals and businesses who do not possess the expertise or the time to create fresh, clean design concepts or the know-how to convert a layered design into valid XHTML / CSS code.
